We Believe

At our church, we come from a holiness tradition, which means we believe that God not only forgives sin but also transforms lives. We believe in the power of grace to make people truly new. We do not believe that someone can live however they want and still be saved simply because they once believed, grace is a continual walk with Christ that bears fruit in a holy life.

We believe in one true and living God—Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. These three are one in power, love, and purpose.
📖 Matthew 28:19; 2 Corinthians 13:14; John 14:16-17

We believe Jesus Christ is the Son of God, born of the virgin Mary, who came to save us from our sins. He lived a perfect life, died on the cross, rose again, and now lives forever.
📖 Luke 1:30-35; John 1:1-14; 1 Corinthians

15:3-4

We believe the Bible is the inspired Word of God. The New Testament is our guide for faith and daily life. We read and teach from the King James Version in our services, and believe all other versions are best used like commentaries to help understanding.
📖 2 Timothy 3:16-17; Psalm 119:105; 2 Peter 1:20-21

We believe all people are born into sin, but salvation is a free gift offered to everyone through Jesus Christ. When we repent of our sins and place our faith in Him, we are forgiven and made new.
📖 Romans 5:18; Ephesians 2:8-9; Acts 20:21; Titus 2:11

We believe that true believers will grow in their faith and walk in obedience. We do not believe in “once saved, always saved.” Instead, we believe that continuing in sin without repentance separates us from God.
📖 Hebrews 10:26-27; John 15:6; 2 Peter 2:20-21

We believe in sanctification, a second work of grace that happens after salvation. This means giving ourselves fully to God and being filled with His Spirit to live a holy life. Sanctification gives power over sin, strengthens our witness, and deepens our joy. We do not believe speaking in tongues is required to prove this experience.
📖 John 17:17-19; Romans 12:1-2; 1 Thessalonians 5:23; 2 Timothy 2:21

We believe in the Church as the body of Christ, made up of people who are saved and filled with the Spirit. It’s not just a building—it’s a family of believers on mission together.
📖 Ephesians 1:22-23; Acts 2:47; 1 Corinthians 12:12-13

We believe in baptism by immersion in water for those who have been saved. This is a public declaration of new life in Christ.
📖 Matthew 28:19; Acts 2:38; Romans 6:3-4

We believe in celebrating the Lord’s Supper and practicing foot washing, following the example of Jesus. These remind us of Christ’s sacrifice and call us to humility and service.
📖 Luke 22:19-20; 1 Corinthians 11:23-26; John 13:12-17

We believe the Gospel is for everyone. Every person needs to hear it, and we are called to share it boldly.
📖 Romans 1:16; Mark 16:15; Matthew 28:19-20

We believe in supporting God’s work through giving, serving, and using our gifts. Ministry is a

shared calling.
📖 1 Corinthians 9:14; Galatians 6:6; 2 Corinthians 9:6-7

We believe the blood of Jesus cleanses us from all sin. In Him, we find total forgiveness, healing, and freedom.
📖 1 John 1:7-9; Hebrews 9:14; Revelation 1:5

We believe that God still heals today through prayer and faith.
📖 James 5:14-16; Isaiah 53:5; Mark 16:18

We believe that Jesus is our advocate with the Father. He intercedes for us, and His grace is enough for all who call on Him.
📖 1 John 2:1-2; Romans 8:34; Hebrews 7:25

We believe in the resurrection of the dead and eternal life. Those who are saved will live forever with God. Those who reject Him will face eternal separation.
📖 John 5:28-29; Daniel 12:2; Matthew 25:46

We believe that God created us in His image, and that marriage is a covenant between one man and one woman. All sexual activity outside of biblical marriage is sin, but God’s grace is powerful enough to set people free from every kind of sexual immorality.
📖 Genesis 2:18-24; Romans 1:24-27; 1 Corinthians 6:9-11; Mark 10:6-9

We believe that God calls and equips both men and women for ministry. In our church, women serve in leadership, teaching, and worship. We recognize the gifts of the Spirit in all believers and support their calling.
📖 Acts 2:17-18; Romans 16:1-2; Galatians 3:28; Philippians 4:3
